At Coolset, we provide a tailored platform experience for each business entity or location. This feature is especially useful for multi-entity companies, enabling them to independently track and report carbon emissions for each entity.

Navigating between different workspaces

For users with access to multiple workspaces, switching between them is straightforward. Simply click on your logo at the top left corner of the screen. This action will bring up a list of all workspaces you have access to. Select the desired workspace to view its data.

If you don't see a particular workspace, it likely means you're not a member of that workspace. To gain access, you should reach out to your Coolset administrator for an invitation, or alternatively, contact us directly for assistance.

Managing workspace permissions

Each workspace in Coolset allows for specific permission settings for team members. These settings include three levels: Admin, Editor, and Viewer. Each level offers different access rights to the workspace data. You can learn more about these permissions here. It's important to note that permission settings are unique to each workspace. This means you can assign different roles to the same individual in different workspaces, like giving them editor rights in one workspace and viewer rights in another.

Consolidated emissions reporting

Coolset also offers the capability to combine carbon emissions data from multiple entities. This aggregated reporting feature allows for a comprehensive overview of emissions across all entities. To activate this feature, please get in touch with your success manager.
