How to get started

You’ll find Smart Autofills inside your reporting module when working on any ESG framework (like CSRD or VSME).

To begin:

  1. Open your report and navigate to any empty or editable field.

  2. Click Upload files to add relevant documents (PDFs, spreadsheets, Word files).

  3. Coolset will scan your files and automatically suggest relevant answers.

  4. Review each suggestion — approve, adjust, or reject as needed.

  5. Your report progress updates automatically as autofills are accepted.

There’s no setup or formatting required. You can upload policies, data exports, third-party reports, or any file that contains useful content for your ESG disclosures.
